Members of Kirkby Underwood Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the General Meeting on Monday 5th January 2026 at 7pm in the Village Hall. Unless already stated in the Agenda, any items raised for decision at the Annual General Meeting will appear on the agenda at the next Parish Meeting. Members of the public are invited to attend. Please note that video footage and comments may be recorded and published in the press or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit in the back row of the public area. Anyone videoing the Meeting must not include anyone on the back row.

Press & Public welcome to observe. Public forum at the beginning and the end of the meeting.
1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011, being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on members register of interests.

4.1 County & District Council Reports - as available
4.2 Village Hall Management Committee
5.Parish Matters:
5.1 To consider and review the 1 applications to the Merrison fund.
5.2 To receive an update on the New Defibrillator, as installed and weekly monitoring is in place. To discuss ongoing maintenance.
5.3 To discuss the bulking ordering of salt for the grit bins. To include storage and replenishing of the bins.
5.4 To discuss the Village newsletter being accessible online
5.5 To discuss the ongoing future of the Bede Fund
5.6 To discuss and agree ongoing costs for use of the village hall going forward.
5.7 To dicuss the annual Litter pick, date and organising of the event
5.8 To discuss IT sub committee
6. Financial Reports:
6.1. FY 2025/26 Accounts to date; Approval of expenditure (All)
6.2 To discuss and approve the upcoming Budget for 2025/2026
