Members of Kirkby Underwood Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend an Extraordinary Meeting on Wednesday 24th June, at 2pm in Kirkby Underwood Village Hall.
Members of the public are invited to attend and observe. Please note that video footage and comments may be recorded and published in the press or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit in the back row of the public area. Anyone videoing the Meeting must not include anyone on the back row. The Press is welcome to attend.

- To receive and accept apologies for absence, where valid reasons have been given
Parish/ Financial Matters
- To formally accept the resignation of the current parish clerk, written notification to be attached to the minutes.
- To discuss and confirm any policies, procedures and standing orders relating to the current situation.
- To discuss and agree the job description for a parish clerk of Kirkby Underwood, to be used in recruitment and to start the recruitment process
- To discuss the appointment of a temporary RFO so that the annual return may be completed
- To complete and formally approve the annual return
- To agree that the temporary RFO can obtain and complete an insurance quote for the PC
- To confirm that the current councilor vacancy can be filled by co-option

To discuss the position of the previous parish clerk at end of employment, failure to return hard copies of PC minutes
Failure to assist in gaining bank access
