Members of Kirkby Underwood Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the extraordinary Meeting on 21st of August 2025 at 7.00 pm at the Village Hall. Members of the public are invited to attend. Please note that video footage and comments may be recorded and published in the press or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit in the back row of the public area. Anyone videoing the Meeting must not include somebody on the back row. Following the Meeting or prior to any Closed Session

Chairman’s opening remarks

Press & Public welcome to observe. 

1. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting. 

2.Parish Matters:
2.1 To review Defibrillator weekly maintenance checks. Who will take action and understand what is required each week. 
2.2 To discuss what training is required, if any.
2.3 To review the need to update the cabinet access code. 
2.4 To discuss the ongoing running cost for the future, and to factor into the budget.
2.5 To discuss and review that the defibrillator is a discontinued model and to look to replace, see what grants/funding is available.

3  Public Forum.
