Members of Kirkby Underwood Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the General Meeting on Wednesday 17th September 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall. Unless already stated in the Agenda, any items raised for decision at the Annual General Meeting will appear on the agenda at the next Parish Meeting. Members of the public are invited to attend. Please note that video footage and comments may be recorded and published in the press or on social media. Anyone not wishing to be filmed should sit in the back row of the public area. Anyone videoing the Meeting must not include anyone on the back row.

1. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons have been given to the clerk prior to the meeting.

5.Parish Matters:
5.1 To consider and review the 2 applications to the Merrison fund.
5.2 To receive quotes towards the maintenance of the pump
5.3 To discuss and review the options of the “Tommy Figure” as part of the remembrance project for the village for 2025.
5.4 To receive an update on the New Defibrillator
